The Loan Process -
Application and Processing
At this point your
broker should have submitted your
application (with all supporting
documentation) to the lender and receive a
commitment.
If your broker had it all in order
than this process should go pretty smoothly
and normally last about 24-48 hours.
Underwriter clears
loan to close and sends it over to closing
department. Closing is scheduled.
